Terms & SMS Program Terms

The site and its content are provided for information about KraftWare and the XL platform. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Program name: KraftWare Account Alerts, operated by KraftWare LLC.

What you will receive: account notifications for your KraftWare account, namely sign-in and security (one-time) codes and service alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you join: by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box next to the mobile number field on our early-access form. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the service.

Sending number: +1 (847) 881-3282.

Message frequency: message frequency varies with your account activity (for example, one message each time you request a sign-in code).

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. KraftWare does not charge for these messages; your carrier’s rates apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].

Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: no mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. For material changes to the SMS program we will tell subscribers by text.
