Text Messaging

• Project room invitations. When a KraftWare team member adds you to a client project room at your request, one text with a one-time sign-in link to that room on intake.kraftware.dev.
• Sign-in and verification codes. One-time codes you ask for when you sign in or confirm your mobile number.
• Project room notices. Notices about rooms you belong to, for example that a new document was posted or that a proposal is ready for your signature.
• Account and security alerts. Security codes and service alerts for KraftWare accounts, including confirmation codes KraftWare team members receive when they sign in or request access.

A text may contain a link, and every link points to a KraftWare address (intake.kraftware.dev or kraftware.dev). We never use link shorteners. A sign-in link works once and expires.

You only get texts after you ask for them, in one of these ways:

1. You ask our team, for your project room. When you work with KraftWare, you can ask the team member you work with to text you about your project room, for example in an email, a call or a meeting. Before taking your number, they tell you, in these words:

“May we text you about your project room? You'd get KraftWare Notifications: project room invitations and notices, and sign-in codes. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Privacy Policy: kraftware.dev/privacy. Terms: kraftware.dev/terms.”

Only when you say yes do they enter your mobile number in your room, confirming that you agreed; we record who entered it, when, how you asked, and which wording you were given. Your first text is the room invitation; it names KraftWare and tells you how to stop. We never add a number that was not given to us for this.
2. You text us. Text START to +1 (847) 881-3282. We reply once with the program details below. KraftWare team members join this way to receive their own sign-in and access codes.
3. You check the box on our website. On the early-access form, an optional, unchecked box lets you choose account texts for the mobile number you enter.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything or of using our services.

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from this number (any of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT works). We send one confirmation and nothing after it:

KraftWare Notifications: you're unsubscribed and will get no more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply START (or UNSTOP) to subscribe or to resubscribe:

KraftWare Notifications: you're subscribed to room invites, codes and notices. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Reply HELP (or INFO) for help:

KraftWare Notifications help: [email protected], 847-881-3282, kraftware.dev/sms. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Stopping texts does not close your account or your project room. We reach you by email instead. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never sell or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the providers that deliver the texts.
